More than simply an ideology, Agile employs fixed quantifiable data to track and prove results. Successful Agile implementation consistently doubles a teams functional outputs. Personally, my motivation for Agile implementation was so much more than increased profits. As a business owner, I care more about the quality of the work experience of the people I employ. For me, the real gift the Agile process is that as productivity goes up, team satisfaction goes up even more. Almost ironically, it has been proven that employee satisfaction is the only predictive measure of a companies’ future profitability. Agile is simply the smartest way to get things done.
